Terms of Participation
Effective Date: October 2026 · Protocol Version 2026.4
1. Nature of the Protocol
TEKCOS is a non-custodial, decentralized technology hardware and digital asset prize competition platform. Ticket entries are minted programmatically upon verifiable receipt of decentralized cryptocurrency transfers (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL). TEKCOS does not operate traditional bank deposits, fractional reserves, or credit services.
2. Eligibility & Excluded Territories
Participants must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (minimum 18 years of age). Due to regulatory statutes, residents of OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions) or jurisdictions where promotional prize competitions are restricted are strictly barred from ticket purchases.
3. Finality of Blockchain Transactions
Cryptocurrency asset transfers recorded on public blockchains are immutable. Once a ticket transaction receives network confirmation and enters the deterministic draw pool, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or altered.
4. Drawing Process & Seed Commitment
Drawings conclude upon the published cadence date or 100% ticket allocation fill. Winning numbers are derived from pre-committed SHA-256 server hashes combined with future decentralized block hashes.
5. Network Gas Fees & Miner Fee Responsibility
Participants are strictly and exclusively responsible for paying all blockchain network gas fees, miner fees, and wallet transfer charges. Senders must ensure that their personal wallet, hardware device, or exchange client pays transaction fees in addition to the ticket entry price, rather than deducting fees from the payment amount. The protocol and cold storage treasury addresses must receive the exact nominal ticket total in full. Any transaction received below the required ticket price due to fee deductions will be considered incomplete and will require fee top-up before tickets can be minted.
